A Munkácsy Mihály Német Nemzetiségi Általános Iskola március 22-én és május 3-án rendezte meg 2 fordulós járási idegen nyelvi tanulmányi versenyét, melyen 11 járási iskolából 29, 5-6. évfolyamos német nyelvet tanuló diák vett részt. A márciusban megrendezett írásbeli fordulót követően, melyen iskolánkat a 6. évfolyamon 3 tanuló, Lábel Fanni, Péter Lilla és Ruip Brigitta képviselte, ketten jutottak a májusi szóbeli fordulóra. A Német Nemzetiségi Tagozatos diákok között Fanni és Brigitta kitűnően helyt álltak, hisz kiemelkedő szóbeli teljesítményükért könyvjutalomban részesültek.
